Daytona 500 win is special for Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s crew chief

In the offseason, Steve Letarte, 34, decided this would be his last season as a crew chief with Hendrick Motorsports and is moving from Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s team to NBC’s broadcast booth beginning with the 2015 season.
