Charlotte Bobcats’ Al Jefferson one ‘tough hombre,’ fighting through foot injury

Charlotte Bobcats center Al Jefferson tore his plantar fascia in Sunday’s Game 1 of this best-of-7 NBA playoff series against the Miami Heat. Jefferson did further damage Wednesday, having to leave Game 2 in the first half for treatment.
