Cam Newton stops to play with Davidson students
Friday was a day students at Community School of Davidson won’t soon forget.
While driving by, something caught Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton’s eye. So, he stopped the car, jumped the fence and started tossing the football around with the students playing outside.
A teacher at the school says Newton stayed to play for about 30 minutes.
His time on the playground was spent punting, passing and of course dabbing.
He couldn’t leave without giving one staff member a hard time for her Steelers lanyard and then posing for a group picture.
