First Ward Park: The park sandwiched among Time Warner Arena, ImaginOn and the UNCC Center City building is on schedule to open in November. But a massive parking deck that was intended to anchor the park and provide thousands of spaces is on hold due to some state legislature bureaucracy. Eventually apartments will wrap around the parking deck.
