When it opens on Thursday, March 23, Hestia Rooftop, a new restaurant serving modern Asian cuisine, promises an elevated dining experience in South Charlotte’s Ballantyne area.

The rooftop bar atop the aptly named Panorama Tower features 180-degree views over Ballantyne Village. You can see Uptown’s skyline, Carowinds’ roller coasters and even the foothills off in the distance.

Hestia is adjacent to AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne. Reservations are available via OpenTable.

The restaurant features custom menus — calling them omakase, which translates to: “I leave it up to you.” You can expect to see sushi and custom cocktails on the menu. Look for the Signature Golden Cow Waygu Beef Display.

The bar and restaurant features an indoor-outdoor flow, with gas fireplaces surrounded by couches and chairs, and outdoor bar seating facing an indoor bar.

Hestia Rooftop will join a slate of new businesses at Ballantyne Village that includes Casa del Tequila and a new location of Crispy Banh Mi.
