Ever Andalo has an opening date in Charlotte. Here’s what to expect
We’ve been waiting for this, and now it’s time. Ever Andalo is opening Thursday, March 3.
The space in Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood that was once European gastropub Crepe Cellar has gotten a makeover, with new outdoor signage, new paint and wallpaper and a cozy feel.
Owners Jeff Tonidandel and Jamie Brown have also crafted a menu to reflect a modern Italian selection with creative touches.
“We are so proud of what this whole team has accomplished over the past month during our blitz build out of Ever Andalo. The menu has come together beautifully. The servers and bartenders have done a lot of work to understand the menu and give great service to our guests. We love too, that the dining room has a totally new feel to it, setting it up to have a personality of its own,” Brown said.
Here’s a look at what’s on the menu:
Burrata
The fresh cheese is housemade with orange salt, orange marmalade and served with grilled focaccia.
Kale Crumb Salad
it includes bread crumbs, zest, anchovies, a Parmigiano-Reggiano crisp and lemon anchovy dressing.
Sunny Cavatelli
The fresh pasta features housemade pork sausage, broccolini, sun-dried tomato cream and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Tiramisù
Cremeaux, lady finger crumble and coffee mousse.
Orange Olive Oil Cake
Anson Mills corn flour, basil oil and lemon anglaise.
Tuna Crudo
Lemon aioli, arugula, radish and lemon oil.
White Anchovies
Lemon-marinated with garden of herbs, tomato, citrus gremolata, serrano pepper and flowers.
