Wildly popular Slutty Vegan will be in Camp North End this Saturday for a pop-up. Known for its delicious plant-based burgers — that always sell out — you’ll be able to get your hands on some of the eatery’s most popular menu items this weekend.

From the Fussy Hussy (a single plant-based patty with vegan cheese, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle and the brand’s signature Slut sauce on a Hawaiian bun) to the One Night Stand (a variation of the Fussy Hussy with vegan bacon and no pickle), owner Pinky Cole and her bright yellow truck will be cooking up fan favorites.

And, surprise: She’ll also be here for more than just her famous burgers.

Starting your own business?

The Atlanta-based entrepreneur recently teamed up with Varo Bank — the first all-digital, national consumer bank in the country — to give aspiring entrepreneurs a gift. Beginning this Saturday, Cole — along with Varo Bank ambassadors — will set out on a food truck tour to provide LLC registration services to 200 people across the country, and Charlotte is the first stop.

The collaboration is a result of Cole and Varo Bank’s commitment to helping entrepreneurs build generational wealth — similar to Cole’s journey with her highly successful vegan eatery and food truck.

How to take part in the Charlotte stop this Saturday

From 3-7 p.m., Cole and the Varo team will set up in Camp North End for the free public event. To be considered, you’ll simply need to enter and be present for a random drawing that will take place, as well as answer a few questions from the team. Drawing winners will have all LLC registration fees taken care of, courtesy of the Pinky Cole Foundation. There is no word on how many registrations will be gifted during the Charlotte stop.

Music will be provided by Charlotte’s own “No Limit Larry” of Power98, as well as a meet and greet with Cole (she will also be handing out samples!). Gas cards and other Varo-branded swag will be given away as well..

The event is free to attend, and no registration is required.
