A new Concord location of this barbecue favorite is now open
Mac’s Speed Shop is now open near Concord Mills Mall, offering another spot for barbecue fans to enjoy the restaurant’s Hickory-Smoked Pulled Pork, brisket or St. Louis ribs while adding live music to the lineup.
The new location of the the Beer, Bikes and BBQ chain features a lighted vehicle display and an environment designed for socializing and enjoying tunes while you’re grabbing a bite. A large outdoor patio includes a stage for live music, along with an interior stage in an indoor/outdoor room and bar. Fireplaces will warm up the outdoor dining area.
Country music star and “American Idol” judge Luke Bryan even stopped by to get an early peek while promoting his Two Lanes beer.
“With expansive outdoor seating and an extended parking bay for bike and car staging, live music will be a big part of our promotional calendar. We’ll do everything possible to turn locals, mall-shoppers and race fans from all over into Mac’s fans,” Mac’s Hospitality Group President Tony Salerno said.
