Fast-casual burger joint with signature sandwiches and milkshakes opening near Charlotte
A popular fast-food chain with build-your-own hamburgers, hand-dipped milkshakes and more is bringing another location to the Charlotte area.
Connecticut-based Wayback Burgers, which has over 170 locations around the world, is opening its first Waxhaw location at Prescott Village on Friday, May 23.
“We’re excited to bring Wayback Burgers to the heart of Waxhaw, marking our eighth location in North Carolina,” said Patrick Conlin, President of Wayback Franchising, LLC. “This grand opening isn’t just about expanding our footprint — it’s about giving back to the community, creating new jobs and offering a place where families can enjoy delicious food together.”
Like all of the other locations, the new Wayback Burgers restaurant has a wide variety of signature made-to-order burgers on the menu, along with cheesesteaks, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, fresh salads, hand-dipped milkshakes, fries, tater tots, onion rings and fried pickles.
