‘Best tasting burger in town’

The fast casual restaurant’s first burger joint opened in Plano, Texas in 2007. Nearly twenty years later, Mooyah has made moves to several states across the U.S. with dozens of locations.

The new Charlotte spot, which will be in Queen City Quarter (the former Epicentre), will be its second in North Carolina.

If you’ve never had a taste of the Texas burger joint, here’s some of the fan-favorite foods you can expect to see on the menu:

  • The MDC burger made with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and MOOYAH sauce

  • The Hamburdog made with a single beef patty topped with an all beef hot dog, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, fried onion strings and ketchup

  • The Diablo Dog made with pepper jack cheese, bacon, jalapeños, Cholula and mayonnaise

  • The Full Count hot dog made with bacon, American cheese, onions, relish, ketchup and mustard

Mooyah Burgers also has vegan, gluten-free, paleo, keto and vegetarian options too, along with hand-cut fries, sweet potato fries and housemade potato chips — plus eight milkshake flavors.

“MOOYAH stood out for its commitment to quality, from the fresh ingredients to the customizable menu that gives every guest exactly what they’re craving. We’re proud to bring this experience to the community and look forward to serving up the best burgers around. We can’t wait for Charlotte to taste the best burger in town and experience everything MOOYAH has to offer,” owner Arty Brown said in a statement sent to CharlotteFive.
