Lover launched her charcuterie business from her apartment in 2020, after leaving a finance career. She previously ran a café and tapas bar in Winston-Salem offering catering, boutique weddings and private dinner events.

After relocating to Charlotte in 2024, she continued catering from a private kitchen before deciding to open this new storefront.
Catering remains a key part of the business, with offerings including grazing tables, salad bars and upscale appetizers.
The assistant manager for the new location will be Jackie Caggiano and the rest of the team is still being put together. An opening date has not yet been announced.
