Got curb appeal? Charlotte’s Parade of Homes returns with free, self-guided tours
Searching for a new home can feel like an endless path, filled with countless decisions and overwhelming options. This month, the journey becomes a little easier and a lot more exciting.
The Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte’s annual Parade of Homes returns this fall. Parade of Homes is a free, self-guided tour that showcases 38 homes from builders in the Charlotte region and other counties.
Taking place from Oct. 5-6 and Oct. 12-13, the Parade will feature new model homes in areas like Mecklenburg, Iredell, Gaston, Cabarrus, Lincoln, Catawba, Union and York Counties.
Whether it’s first time homeownership, upgrading to a dream house, or exploring the charm of a townhome, the Parade of Homes offers something for everyone. This year’s showcase features a collection of fully furnished and beautifully landscaped model homes and for added convenience, several homes will be available for virtual tours.
Suzanne Parker, chair of Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte says this event connects people to their dream homes but also “highlights the craftsmanship and creativity that drive the future of residential living in our area.”
