AMC Concord Mills closed Wednesday after water outage
The movie theater at Concord Mills is closed Wednesday because of a mechanical problem that caused it to lose water.
"This theatre is temporarily closed due to a water outage," reads a message on the AMC Concord Mills website, "Please check back later for updated showtimes."
Crews are working to repair the problem and officials hope the issue resolved tonight or early Thursday.
Anyone who previously bought ticket for one of today's shows can exchange the ticket for another show or get a refund.
AMC Concord Mills has 24 screens and currently was showing 21 films, including Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Transformers: Age of Extinction and Tammy.
