Group sets Q&A session on HOA issues

The North Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is holding “Ask the HOA Experts: Q&A on Legal Issues Affecting Community Associations” May 13.

Observer columnist Mike Hunter, of Horack Talley, and Jim Slaughter, partner with Rossabi Black Slaughter PA, will answer questions for board members, homeowners and their community managers

The event will run 5:30-7 p.m. Employer’s Association, 3020 W. Arrowood Road, Charlotte. Registration is $30 for members and $40 for non-members. Register online at www.cai-nc.org. When registering, submit questions in advance that the speakers can incorporate into their program. staff
