Concord to host Home & Landscape Show

Home improvement enthusiasts may find just the right motivation and resources for their spring project at the Greater Charlotte Home & Landscape Show held at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center in Concord Jan. 29-31.

The three day show returns for its 12th consecutive year and features national exhibitors showcasing newly released products in home automation, maintenance, interiors, gardening, and kitchen gadgetry.

Highlights include do-it-yourself seminars on interior design challenges and painting hacks from Brian Santos, a fourth generation painting contractor and author of best selling how-to books. Local master gardeners will present tips and tricks on garden design and plant selection and visitors will find an extensive plant sale and a special design feature on the Tiny Home movement. Several regional wineries will be offering tastings and wine for purchase.

Country Music Television personality and cookbook author Todd Wilbur headlines two cooking demonstrations. He’ll share secrets behind creating brand-name restaurant foods in the home kitchen.

Programming for children includes a special Birds of Prey exhibition presented by the Carolina Raptor Center and a dedicated Kids Zone area where kids can build their own craft project with adult supervision and guidance.
