Greensboro police have charged a man with murder and a woman as an accessory in the death of a man reported missing last month.
Mark Donovan Ray Graham, 31, is charged with first-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a felon, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle, according to a Greensboro Police Department news release.
Samantha Jean-Marie Panico, 40, is charged with accessory after the fact (to the felony of murder), police said.
Graham and Panico were already in custody in Randolph County on other charges when they were served with warrants on Thursday.
They are being held without bond in Randolph County.
On Thursday, at approximately 1 p.m., Greensboro Police Department detectives were called to a residence in the 1400 block of Dorsey Street to assist the Guilford County Sheriff's Office with a report of suspicious activity.
