Here’s which Charlotte grocery & retail stores are open (or closed) on Easter

The Easter holiday is affecting store hours for grocers, malls and large retailers in the Charlotte area.

Several companies are participating in what has been called a “retail blackout,” but it’s not as ominous as it sounds. It just means that some stores will be closed on Easter, which is Sunday, April 20.

  • Charlotte Premium Outlets: open 12-6 p.m.
  • Concord Mills: open 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • CVS
  • Food Lion
  • Harris Teeter
  • Lidl
  • The Home Depot
  • Tractor Supply Co. (open 9 a.m.-6 p.m.)
  • Trader Joe’s
  • Walgreens (some locations may be closed, so check the store nearest you)
