See Charlotte developer’s new Lake Norman luxury apartment community
Charlotte-based Crescent Communities opened a Lake Norman luxury apartment and townhome community this month within walking distance of downtown Davidson and the lake.
Novel Davidson, on Potts Park Lane, includes 237 one-, two- and three-bedroom rental units with Shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops and “arched cased openings to built-in bookshelves, mudroom benches, and walk-out balconies,” according to a Crescent Communities news release.
The community includes a pool, walking trails and green space, and elevators in the clubhouse and three residential buildings.
A community great room overlooks the pool courtyard, and another community room has a billiards table and workspaces. Novel Davidson also includes a conservatory plant galley and a library lounge.
Outside also includes a pétanque court under a large oak tree, a certified Monarch butterfly garden and a fireside lounge.
Apartment rental prices
All Novel Davidson homes have washers and dryers and keyless entry.
One-bedroom apartments are 691 square feet and range from $1,549 to $1,599.
Two-bedroom units are 1,190 square feet and $2,589 to $2,899.
Three-bedroom apartments total 1,399 square feet and cost $2,899 to $3,219.
Leases typically run 12 to 15 months, according to the developer.
