Charlotte traffic: Wrecks piling up around the area

Several early morning accidents were reported throughout the Charlotte area on Monday morning, according to police reports.

Incidents reported by police include:

▪ 5:31 a.m., hit-and-run with injury at 2519 S. Tryon St.

▪ 5:35 a.m., accident at Beverly Crest Boulevard and Pineville Matthews Road.

▪ 5:35 a.m., hit-and-run at W. Tyvola Road and South Tryon Street.

▪ 5:42 a.m., accident at 9041 Twilight Hill Court.

▪ 5:51 a.m., disabled vehicle in the road at 2100 Central Avenue.
