Police: Pedestrian struck on Independence Boulevard
A pedestrian was struck Monday morning on Independence Boulevard, according to police.
About 9:15 am, officers responded to inbound Independence at Briar Creek in reference to a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police spokesman Keith Trietley said.
Trietley said he does not know how many vehicles are involved or the extent of the injuries.
