Charlotte-area woman safely found after she went missing nearly a month ago, police say

A search is underway for a Charlotte-area woman who’s been missing for nearly a month.

Gabriella Mabe, 24, was last seen on Sept. 26 between 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the 1900 block of Matthews Township Parkway, Matthews police said.

Mabe is 5-foot-7 inches tall, weighs 110 pounds, with a slim build, green eyes and brown hair, police said.

She was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt and blue jeans, and driving her black 2016 Chevrolet Cruze with North Carolina registration plate number of HJZ-5147. Her car has damage to the front bumper and right rear panel, police said.
