A North Carolina lottery player’s $1 ticket scored a jackpot Saturday, but no one immediately claimed the prize, officials said.

The winner hit the top jackpot in the online Monopoly game — $1.86 million, according to a lottery news release. They beat odds of 1 in 50 million, according to the Monopoly game page.

Monopoly and 54 other North Carolina games can be played online.

The jackpot — won by someone in the Rowan County town of Cleveland — was the second large win in North Carolina in days. On Thursday, a Rockingham County player won a $1.69 million jackpot.

The Monopoly jackpot is progressive, meaning the amount grows until someone wins it, officials said.

The jackpot was reset to $150,000 after Saturday’s win, and rose to about $271,000 Tuesday morning.

The winner has six months to claim Saturday’s prize.
