Pedestrian hit, killed by vehicle in northwest Charlotte

A person was struck by a vehicle and killed in northwest Charlotte on Wednesday night, according to police.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said at 10:01 p.m. that the crash occurred in the 5600 block of Brookshire Boulevard.

A police report said the victim was a 43-year-old man named Terry Clark, of Beam Lake Drive in Charlotte.

CMPD has not announced any charges.
