IHOP is adding a beloved breakfast item to its menu for the very first time.

Starting Aug. 28, buttermilk biscuits will be available at IHOP locations nationwide with the roll out of its new biscuits menu, the restaurant said in a news release.

Biscuit fans can choose from sweet and savory options, including the chicken biscuit sandwich or the strawberries and cream biscuit “split and filled with cheesecake mousse, strawberries (and) a drizzle” of syrup, according to a product description.
