Watch it snow in NC on these live webcams as the winter storm rolls through

A storm moving through the Carolinas could blanket much of N.C. with a thick layer of snow – and ice.

Forecasters say Charlotte and the Triangle could receive up to three-quarters of an inch of ice, along with some snowfall, between Saturday and Monday, before temperatures plunge into the single digits Monday night.
