The Battle of North Carolina

The Duke vs. UNC Final Four game Saturday is one of the biggest North Carolina sporting events of all time. It might be stressful or even strain some relationships, but it’ll be an iconic moment for many sports fans in the Tar Heel State. What we’re all wondering: Who will win? Unpack this weekend’s event with The Charlotte Observer and The News & Observer below.

Duke and UNC — one of the most intense rivalries in college basketball — will meet in the NCAA Tournament for the first time on Saturday.

Unfortunately, for cord-cutters, the game will be broadcast on TBS, meaning you’ll likely need to subscribe to a cable or streaming service to watch the game at home.

If you’re looking to get out of the house and watch the game, you’re in luck, since most restaurants and bars will probably be showing the game.

Here are 10 places in the Charlotte area where you can watch the historic matchup.
