UNC, Clemson, NC State football signees ranked among the best high schools players in NC

National recruiting site Rivals.com released its final rankings for the high school football class of 2020.

Several North Carolina players ranked high, including three UNC recruits in the top 105.

The top ranked recruit from the state is Mallard Creek linebacker Trent Simpson, who has signed with Clemson. Simpson ranks No. 11.

Simpson was the highest-ranked player from the Carolinas.

Also in the top 250 were:

Lee County defensive end Desmond Evans (North Carolina) at No. 76

Providence Day defensive end Kedrick Bingley-Jones (North Carolina) at No. 98

Myers Park defensive back Cameron Roseman-Sinclair (North Carolina) at No. 102

Leesville Road offensive lineman Mitchell Mayes (Clemson) at No. 141

Providence Day defensive end Jacolbe Cowan (Ohio State) at No. 148

Myers Park wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad (Texas A&M) at No. 186

Myers Park wide receiver Porter Rooks (N.C. State) at No. 195

Jacksonville Northside safety Ja’Qurious Conley (North Carolina) at No. 201.
