Friday’s #BIG5 Top Performers

Logan Blair, Harding: game-high 22 points in the SoMECK championship game. Harding upset No. 9 Ardrey Kell.

AJ Cook, Weddington: senior shooting guard had a game-high 24 points in an 84-70 win over Porter Ridge in the Southern Carolinas 4A championship game. Cook made 6-of-9 3-point attempts.

Jordan Crawford, North Mecklenburg: tournament MVP of the Queen City 3A/4A scored 13 of his 14 points in a decisive first quarter that set the Vikings up for an easy win over Hopewell.

Evan Presnell, Alexander Central: named tournament MVP of the Northwestern 3A/4A championship. He had 13 points, five rebounds, four assists and four steals in a 52-51 win over Freedom in the finals Friday.

Davis Wagner, Lake Norman: 15 points, 12 rebounds in a 57-53 win over West Cabarrus in the Greater Metro 4A championship game.
