Basketball rosters have been updated for Monday’s East-West All-Star Game in Greensboro.

Paul McNeil Jr., an N.C. State-bound high school graduate who scored 71 points in a game for Richmond Senior last season, is among several initially named to boys’ All-Star rosters who won’t suit up on Monday. Fellow Wolfpack signee Zamareya Jones of North Pitt, among finalists for the statewide “Ms. Basketball title,” joins a handful of girls who won’t play in their All-Star Game, which starts the evening at 6:30 p.m. inside Novant Health Fieldhouse.

Santana Lynch of Lake Norman and Chambers’ Maurio Hanson are among four players off the boys’ West All-Star team.
