Zyon Hailey, Chambers: In a 20-6 win over North Meck that snapped a four-game losing streak, Hailey was 9 of 13 passing for 111 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for 24 yards and a score.

Jamarcus Hairston, Harding: Hairston, a sophomore, rushed 30 times for 128 yards and a touchdown.

Shawn Matthews, Providence: In a 34-28 come-from-behind win at Palisades, Matthews caught six passes for 87 yards and had three second half touchdown catches. Providence rallied from a 28-7 deficit to win. Panthers sophomore QB Luke Meador threw for 336 yards and four scores.

Dorian Morgan, Lake Norman Charter: In a 56-19 win over Langtree Charter, Morgan caught five passes for 218 yards and three touchdowns. He had a 75-yard kick return for a touchdown, and on defense, Morgan had three tackles, two pass break ups and an interception.

Bryce Nixon, Olympic: In a 42-6 over Harding — his team’s sixth straight win — Nixon ran eight times for 165 yards and three touchdowns. He averaged 20.6 yards per carry.

Brody Norman, Mooresville: In a 42-10 win over Davie County, Norman was 10 of 20 passing for 252 yards and three touchdowns.

Kaveaun Pless, South Point: In a 35-0 win over Kings Mountain, Pless ran 23 times for 176 yards and two touchdowns.

An’Dre Ramseur Jr., Mountain Island Charter: In a 38-6 win over Bonnie Cone, Ramseur ran seven times for 120 yards and two touchdowns. He was 11 for 16 passing for 164 yards and three touchdowns.

Jamal Rule, Charlotte Christian: In a 55-38 win over Charlotte Country Day, Rule — a Nebraska recruit — carried 18 times for 284 yards and four touchdowns. That yardage ranks No. 42 in Mecklenburg County history and is second-most ever by a Charlotte Christian player. Elijah Deveaux ran for 308 in 2013.

Jared Street, Independence: Junior QB was 6 of 11 passing for 127 yards and three touchdowns in a 35-0 win over Mallard Creek. He also ran 12 times for 138 yards and another score.

Miles Vanderspuy, Hopewell: In a 66-21 win over Garinger, a game when Hopewell set a school-record for points, Vanderspuy played wide receiver, tight end, QB, running back, defensive back, linebacker and punt returner. He also returned kicks. He had 15 carries for 144 yards and three touchdowns. He had 188 yards total offense and two solo tackles. Teammate Zach Jones had 15 carries for 225 yards and two scores.

Ramir Watson, Myers Park: In a 42-0 win over West Mecklenburg, Watson completed 10 of 16 passes for 125 yards and three touchdowns.

Brennan Wallace, Christ The King: In a 41-13 win over Pine Lake Prep, Wallace ran 14 times for 168 yards. He had 14 tackles, plus a fumble recovery and an 82-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown.

Jayden White, Hough: In a 42-10 win over South Mecklenburg, White caught seven passes for 104 yards and three touchdowns.
