The 5-foot-10 junior scored 18 points, grabbed nine rebounds to go with six steals and one block in a 31-28 win over Hough in the Greater Charlotte 7A/8A conference tournament semifinals on Feb. 18.

Barner also scored 16 points, had seven rebounds, four assists and four steals in a 48-38 loss to South Mecklenburg in the tournament championship game on Feb. 20.

Barner was named to the all-tournament team.
