That still doesn’t sound right to say, but here the Carolina Panthers are — the final game of their 17-game season, at Tampa Bay.

Like last week, there’s nothing on the line for the Panthers outside of draft position. Also like last week, the game has been flexed by the NFL, moving it from its original 1 p.m. time slot.

The Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will play at 4:25 p.m. on CBS (that’s WBTV Ch. 3 if you’re in Charlotte); it was originally scheduled for FOX. Flexing the game will have it be seen in the majority of households across the country as the network’s primary game in the late slot. Tom Brady and the Bucs are jockeying for seeding in the NFC ahead of the playoffs.
