Back in the playoffs — Panthers win NFC South, face the Rams. Download a poster
For the first time since the 2017 NFL season, and the first time at the Bank since a pair of home playoff games following the 2015 season, the Carolina Panthers are in the playoffs.
The Panthers’ arrival in this year’s playoffs followed a series of fortunate events: After the Panthers closed the regular season with two straight losses, including a Week 17 loss to Tampa Bay, an Atlanta win over New Orleans, the next day secured a spot in the postseason for Bryce Young and his team.
First up for the Panthers are the Los Angeles Rams, who some say may be the best team in the NFC. Quarterback Matthew Stafford and coach Sean McVay are no strangers to the postseason and will be ready for the upstart Panthers at Bank of America Stadium.
Young will be playing in the first playoff game of his three-year career. Fresh legs are on the way for the offense, and any outcome is good for a team that has picked in the top three of the NFL Draft the past few years.
Plus, Cam Newton is making his return to Charlotte.
For this momentous game in the Dave Canales era, you can download a poster of Young gearing up for that first postseason action. It’s available only to logged-in subscribers.
