Trump Realty lists ex-Carolina Panther’s $7.5M Lake Norman mansion. See inside.
Trump International Realty is selling the Lake Norman waterfront mansion of a former Carolina Panther linebacker for $7.5 million, Trump broker Micaela Brewer said this week.
Vinny Ciurciu played eight seasons in the NFL, including with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings and two stints with the Panthers. He was signed by the Panthers as an undrafted free agent in 2003 and assisted on a tackle in Super Bowl XXXVIII in 2004 against the New England Patriots, who defeated the Panthers by a score of 32-29.
His and his wife, Jaclyn’s 5,694-square-foot, Mediterranean estate is located on Milford Circle in The Point community in Mooresville.
Built in 2006, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home was completely renovated in 2021 by Jaclyn Ciurciu, a designer, Brewer said in an email.
Floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive family room
The home’s open-concept layout is anchored by a chef’s kitchen with professional-grade, stainless steel appliances, and an expansive family room, according to the listing.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors bring in lots of natural light and look out to the main channel of the lake.
A main-level wing includes an executive study, and a second main-level bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and direct outdoor access.
Outside are an infinity-edge pool and spa, expansive, covered outdoor living and entertaining areas and a dock.
The upper level of the home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious bonus room, a bunk room and a new rooftop terrace with panoramic water views.
The home has designer lighting, Porcelanosa tile, honed quartz countertops and downstairs vanities handmade by Charlotte-based Mudwerk.
