Reader on how to fix Hornets: Answer is already in building

This past week I asked readers to fix the Charlotte Hornets and tell me the one personnel move they would make if they were Hornets general manager Rich Cho.

The great majority of responses to that question came via my Twitter account (@scott_fowler).

Here are a few I enjoyed:

@KelticSC – quit

@Michael_Tuba – Sell my soul to Satan for a 3-pt shooter

@BBHelms – Trade everyone (throw in 2 of @thehoneybees & Hugo) for Steph Curry!

@Paul Pennino – Trade Lance for Gerald Wallace & a 2nd Rnder. Already paying Lance to NOT play. Gerald's 3 pt % can't be any worse #VictoryLap

@DarwinBrandis – Whatever has to be done to bring Chris Paul back to NC.

@JBrownbuzzcity – wait for Warriors to not win title bc of lack of toughness, then try to get D.Lee, Barnes & Ezeli for lance, hendo, Cody & PJ

@miketalley01 – figure out how Cleveland rigged the lottery and do that.

@Trace_Smith – I'd call upstairs and have MJ promise Al a post-playing career job (ala Cuban/Dirk) in exchange for opting out.

@CCoggins23 – I'd call Roy Williams & PJ Hairston's mom to come live with PJ for the summer to get his head right. We need 3's

@JDub_UFGators – Go all in on Jimmy Butler. Has only gotten better and can be the legit #1 on a team that needs a true star

@Cal_III – make a move for Wes Matthews.

@poorhoperoad – trade Gerald Henderson, Lance Stephenson and Brian Roberts for anybody who can shoot 3's and a 4 who can score

@nicknow – see if the boss can still play!

The next question

Tell me briefly about the greatest sporting event of any type that you have seen in Charlotte. You can email replies to sfowler@charlotteobserver.com or tweet them to @scott_fowler.
