One person killed in crash on I-77 ramp Sunday
One person was killed around 3:30 p.m. Sunday in a crash on an Interstate 77 ramp in north Charlotte, several local stations reported.
The person killed was driving a minivan, which crashed into the back of a parked 18-wheeler, Observer news partner WBTV reported.
The crash was near Exit 23C on I-485, according to WCNC. The ramp connecting southbound I-77 to the outer loop of I-485 was shut down because of the crash, according to WBTV.

The ramp reopened around 6 p.m., the Huntersville Fire Department said.
