Police search for Matthews man charged with child rape
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a Matthews man wanted on child-rape and numerous other charges.
Police said Robert Quinn, 34, should be considered armed and dangerous.
Quinn has outstanding warrants for various counts of indecent liberties with a child, first-degree sex offense with a child, rape of a child, habitual misdemeanor assault, common law robbery, financial card fraud, communicating threats, driving while license revoked and speeding.
He has connections to Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill and the Belmont/Gastonia areas, police said.
Anyone who knows of Quinn’s whereabouts should call 911.
