Flavortown has a new outpost. Food Nework star Guy Fieri has opened a new restaurant at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in North Carolina, serving steaks, burgers, wings, salads and sandwiches.

In short: Guy Fieri’s Cherokee Kitchen + Bar will seat up to 200 guests for dinners daily.

When: It’s open now, and you can eat there on Thanksgiving.

What to try: The Bacon Mac-N-Cheese Burger, which has been voted best burger in Las Vegas and won the New York City Food and Wine Festival’s Burger Bash. It’s loaded with applewood bacon, six-cheese mac-n-cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle, cheese and Fieri’s signature donkey sauce on a garlic-buttered brioche bun. (Pro tip: It comes with a fry trio that includes waffle fries, sidewinder fries and shoestring fries.)

There’s more: The Signature Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Wings are smothered in sauce and served with crispy fried onion straws. Another favorite is the Motley Que Pulled Pork with citrus slaw, pickle chips, onion straws and aged cheddar on a toasted pretzel bun.

For something sweet: The dessert menu offers indulgences such as the Cheesecake Challenge, which is half of a New York-style cheesecake topped with potato chips, pretzels and hot fudge. (Don’t try to tackle that alone.)
