Another pizza shop is joining the lineup of late night food options in Charlotte.

After months of anticipation, PIE.ZAA is officially opening its doors on Feb 16. The popular Asheville-based pizza shop, known for its giant New York-style slices, will be located in South End near VINYL and Wooden Robot.

“We are super excited to bring our concept to Charlotte,“ PIE.ZAA owner Tyler Kotch previously told CharlotteFive. “We have had three years in Asheville to prepare ourselves for the big leagues in the South End. We look forward to serving up some of the best ZAA in town and making a lot of new friends.”

Whether you want a slice or a whole pie, PIE.ZAA will have a wide variety of different pizzas on the menu, including cheese, sausage, garden, pepperoni and monthly specialty pies. (February’s flavor is Sweet Caroline made with fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, creamy ricotta, fresh basil, nut-free pesto and a drizzle of honey!)
