Christenbury Village, a growing mixed-use development near Concord Mills, will soon offer even more dining options as three new restaurants prepare to move in.

MPV Properties, the developer behind the project, announced that Another Broken Egg Cafe, Buffalo Wild Wings GO and Brixx Pizza have each signed leases at the Lowes Foods-anchored shopping center.

Another Broken Egg Cafe, known for its Southern-inspired breakfast, brunch and lunch menu and upscale takes on classic morning dishes, will occupy a 4,506-square-foot space with a patio.

Joining it in the same building is Buffalo Wild Wings GO, a smaller, takeout-and-delivery-focused version of the popular sports bar chain. The 1,346-square-foot space will feature a streamlined, digital ordering experience with favorites like wings, tenders and fries available for quick pickup or delivery.

Brixx Pizza has leased a 2,454-square-foot space with a patio, joining existing tenants Raceway Orthodontics and Ultra Nail Boutique. The restaurant offers a wood-fired pizza menu, a full bar with craft beer and curated wines, and a casual setting designed for relaxed gatherings.

The three restaurants are slated to open by early next year.

Christenbury Village includes retail, office and residential spaces, with 156 multifamily units expected to be completed by this summer.

The developer announced plans for a Tupelo Honey to open at the site in October 2023, but those plans were called off earlier this year, Charlotte Business Journal reported.
