New Midtown restaurant fuses Thai and Latin flavors. It serves brunch, too.

Charlotte’s newest restaurant offers a unique blend of Thai and Latin flavors.

Bella Fusion quietly opened in the Cherry community in late September, replacing the former Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe on South Kings Drive.

The new spot serves American-style breakfast and offers a variety of Thai-Latin dishes for lunch and dinner, according to the restaurant’s website.

Breakfast is served daily until 2 p.m. and includes staples like fried eggs, thick-cut French Toast, chicken and waffles and a variety of omelettes. Eggs Benedict is also on the menu, alongside crab cakes, cheese grits and plantains.

Customers will find more unique offerings on the lunch and dinner menu, featuring a birria grilled cheese steak sandwich, taco burger, pad Thai noodles and more.

Bella Fusion is open Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

CharlotteFive reached out to Bella Fusion for more information Tuesday and was awaiting a response.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
