Attention baseball fans: Tickets are now on sale for Charlotte Knights games, and the schedule is packed with celebrities, fireworks shows and giveaways.
Here’s everything you need to know to see a baseball game in Charlotte this season:
Opening night is Friday, March 31 at 7:04 p.m. against the Memphis Redbirds, kicking off a three-game series. The game will also include the first Friday Night Fireworks show of the season, in partnership with Truist and News Talk 1110 WBT.
Tickets can be purchased in person at the Truist Field Ticket Office, online at CharlotteKnights.com and by phone at 704-274-8282. Season tickets, as well as partial plans for the upcoming season, are also available.
Food and drink: The Paper Mill Pub — which will feature an outdoor patio, an inside bar with sliding windows and a second-floor space with skyline views to enjoy a beverage and a bite — will be joining the attractions at Truist Field this season, but it won’t be ready to open until the summer.
Weekly deals will include Two Hearted Tuesdays, with $2 off Bell’s Two Hearted Ale Drafts; Wine Wednesdays, with $8 Cupcake Vineyards cans and Thirsty Thursday, with $1 small sodas, $4 domestic drafts and $6 craft drafts.) (More food and drink news is on the way, so stay tuned for updates.)

If you want to see celebrities
The 2023 Celeb Series kicks off Thursday, April 27 with former Carolina Panthers star Thomas Davis on Draft Night, presented by Ten58 Sports Bar & Lounge. Davis, the 2014 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award winner, will meet fans and sign autographs.
On Thursday, May 11, the Knights will welcome actor Phil Morris to the ballpark to meet fans as part of “The Show About Nothing Night” – a tribute to “Seinfeld.” Morris played Jackie Chiles in the iconic show. The first 1,000 fans through the gates that evening will also receive a themed t-shirt.
On Tuesday, May 16, Hall of Fame pitcher Rich “Goose” Gossage will meet fans and sign autographs. Inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2008, Gossage was a nine-time Major League Baseball All-Star and a 1978 World Series winner as a member of the New York Yankees.
On Friday, May 19, actor Leslie David Baker will meet fans and sign autographs on Pretzel Night – a reference to “The Office,” He played Stanley on the sitcom. The first 1,500 fans through the gates will receive a themed T-Shirt presented by FSI Office.
On Thursday, August 10, the Knights will welcome 10-time Gold Glove Award winner Andruw Jones to the ballpark. Jones, a five-time Major League Baseball All-Star, is also a member of the Atlanta Braves Hall of Fame.

Tribute to Chicago, April 11-14: The Knights (Triple-A affiliates of the Chicago White Sox) host the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp (Triple-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins).
Tribute to New York & Northeastern Pennsylvania, May 16-21: The team plays a series against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees).
Tribute to Nashville, May 30 to June 6: The Knights will salute the Music City during the team’s series against the Nashville Sounds (Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers).
Tribute to Memphis, July 18 to July 20: The Knights take on the Memphis Redbirds (Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals).
