New cocktail lounge and bar officially is now open in Plaza Midwood. What to expect.
Charlotte now has a new nightlife spot. Eden, a new cocktail lounge and bar, is now open in Plaza Midwood.
Located in the former Peculiar Rabbit home, the club’s theme plays off the name as “a beautiful place like paradise,” The Charlotte Observer previously reported.
The new spot has both live musicians and DJs, along with specialty drinks, shared cocktails and small bites like charcuterie boards and bang bang shrimp. Led by Chef Ricardo Carrasco, Eden’s menu includes a wide variety of items sourced by local farms.

The two-story building has a wide variety of seating options in private rooms and near the bars along with outdoor seating on the patio and the rooftop. Eden also accepts reservations for VIP tables.
There is a dress code for guests going to the lounge, which includes no baggy clothes, hoods or open-toed shoes aside from high heels.
Eden opened Friday, Aug. 11.
