Video: See Charlotte prepare for Beyoncé and her Renaissance World Tour
Beyoncé hit the stage in front of thousands of fans at Bank of America Stadium on Wednesday, Aug. 9. The star would perform her 37-song setlist in a custom-made wardrobe, and the Queen City BeyHive matched her energy with their own custom concert attire.
Fans traveled from across the Carolinas to the show and spared no ounce of glamor, sparkle or energy getting ready for the evening. TikTok was flooded with people showing off their outfits on Wednesday, while getting hyped up for the show — with viral sounds from her songs “HEATED,” “DELESTRO” and “ALIEN SUPERSTAR.” It’s been 10 years since the Houston-born icon has come to Charlotte, and fans were more than ready for her arrival.
Concertgoers embraced their personal style while channeling Beyoncé energy. As the BeyHive converged outside the stadium, people first debuted their looks on Bey-Tok from their apartments, pre-game parties and even the train station.
