Person shot in Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood neighborhood on Saturday, MEDIC says
Police are investigating a shooting in Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood neighborhood Saturday that left a person hospitalized with what MEDIC said were life-threatening injuries.
The person was shot just before 9 a.m. near the intersection of Central Avenue and Morningside Drive, according to MEDIC.
The shooting happened in a shopping center near the intersection, Charlotte Observer news partner WSOC reported.
Police released no details about the shooting.
