Person dead in fatal west Charlotte shooting near home, CMPD investigating
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officers are investigating a fatal shooting near a home on the city’s west side, according to an alert.
The homicide occurred in the 3970 block of Bristol Avenue Wednesday afternoon, CMPD said in its alert.
MEDIC said one person died.
