Tavion Jones, Carolina International: 32 points against Mount Pleasant Monday.

Stephen Clark, Metrolina Christian: Had 10 points and 13 rebounds in a win over Charlotte Secondary School Monday. It was his fifth straight double-double for unbeaten Metrolina (5-0).

Providence girls: Panthers improved to 2-1 with a 63-40 win over AL Brown. All of the Panthers players scored, led by sophomore Cameron Mulkey, who had 14.

West Meck girls’ defense: Hawks held South Point to two points in the second quarter of Monday’s 67-26 win. Nyasia McMillan (23 points), Alize Brooks (18) and Diamond Law (14) led West Meck (2-1).

Monday’s #BIG5 Performers

Devin Adair, Eli Lockhart, West Mecklenburg: 21 points, 10 rebounds for Lockhart in a 74-66 win over Belmont South Point. Adair had a game-high 22 points. West Meck is 2-1.

Trey Barnhardt, Mount Pleasant: 28 points in a 68-62 win over Carolina International.

Scott Harvey, Christian Bailey, Brennan Settle, Marcus Henderson, Statesville Christian: 18 points, eight rebounds, eight blocks, two steals for Harvey in a 68-41 win over Pine Lake Prep. Bailey had 14 points, six rebounds; Settle had 15 points, six rebounds; Henderson had seven points, nine assists, five rebounds and two steals.

Tate Johnson, Metrolina Christian: 21 points and five rebounds in a 69-40 win over Charlotte Secondary School. Johnson made 6-of-7 3-point shot attempts.

Nyla McGill, Providence girls: 10 assists, seven rebounds, six points in a 63-40 win over AL Brown. McGill is a freshman.
