Some Carolina Panthers season ticket holders will see slight pricing increase
Some Carolina Panthers fans looking to renew their season tickets will see a slight increase in pricing this year.
The Panthers’ 2024 season ticket/Personal Seat License (PSL) owner renewal notice was emailed Tuesday morning, and the overall blended average ticket price increased “just over 4%,” according to a team spokesperson. “Overall blended average” reflects the average of all PSL-owned seats across the stadium.
This increase largely applies to lower-level seating, which will rise by 7%. Upper-level seating, meanwhile, saw a blended increase of less than 1% with a majority of upper-bowl seating remaining flat.
The most affordable package price remains the same from 2023 to 2024 at $510.
Premium tickets — i.e. club seats and suites — will increase based on the terms in their contracts.
The news comes a few months after the Panthers wrapped up their sixth consecutive losing season, the latest of which saw Carolina finish 2-15 and fire their head coach 11 games in. That didn’t deter fans, though. Per ESPN, the Panthers ranked eighth in attendance in the NFL with an average of 71,635 tickets distributed per home game in Bank of America Stadium.
A team spokesperson said the team looks at a variety of factors when determining pricing in any given year. The Panthers aren’t alone in their pricing bumps, either. Of the 28 teams that have released their pricing plans as of Tuesday morning, 26 of them announced increases, per team research — and the Panthers are among the lowest in pricing increases.
Per the team, in 2023, the Panthers’ season ticket renewals ranked among the highest in the NFL.

What is a PSL owner?
A personal seat license gives you the exclusive rights to buy season tickets for a particular seat, or seats, at a stadium. Once you’re a PSL owner, there’s an additional cost to purchase season tickets. The Panthers use this system, like most NFL teams today do.

When is the deadline to renew your season tickets?
Wednesday, May 1. Season ticket holders can pay in full by then or have a six-month, interest-free payment plan from March to August, with an initial payment due in March and automatic installments made on the first of each month thereafter.
PSL owners who sign up for a payment plan or who are paid in full before April 1 will be automatically eligible to win an all-inclusive trip to the 2024 NFL Draft.
