Round 2, Pick 10: Dwayne Bacon
Ht.: 6-6 Wt.: 220
Position: Guard
College: Florida State

What he offers: Bacon possesses a great frame for an NBA wing, has an aggressive scoring mentality and is also a solid rebounder. He relies more on athleticism than shooting touch, but he’ll be a strong scoring option on a Hornets’ bench that needs contributors in the backcourt.
Worth mentioning: Bacon was a top prospect when he signed with Florida State, and he was a potential first-round pick before returning last season. He didn’t shoot the lights out in college – hitting 31.2 percent of his 3-pointers – but his free-throw rate suggests potential improvement in the pros.
Bet you didn't know: Bacon piloted the winningest team in the history of Oak Hill Academy – the same high school that produced Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony and Rajon Rondo.
