Dozens of top rap, pop and rock artists are coming to Charlotte this spring for a new three-day music festival, the first of its kind for the city.

The inaugural Lovin’ Life Music Fest will be held in uptown May 3-5, the Charlotte Observer previously reported. It’s presented by Southern Entertainment, the team behind other sell-out music festivals, such as the Carolina Country Music Fest in Myrtle Beach.

From Post Malone and DaBaby to Stevie Nicks and Maggie Rogers, the new Charlotte festival will showcase a full lineup of more than 40 artists on three stages.

“Charlotte’s ready for its own signature event,” said Rob Pedlow, co-founder and partner at Southern Entertainment. “Lovin’ Life will be our very own Charlotte-flavored Lollapalooza, a new economic engine for the Queen City creating jobs, supporting area nonprofits and drawing music enthusiasts from across the Carolinas and beyond.”
